If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your return.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and we must receive the item within two weeks of you notifying us of the intent to return. The return is void otherwise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please include a note explaining the nature of your return and whether you want an exchange or refund. Failure to include a note may delay processing of your return/refund/exchange.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you require an exchange because of a sizing problem we will ask that you pay the additional postage charge that we incur should the product be available.
If we have the alternate size in stock we advise that you purchase the item and request a refund for the hat you are returning, this will speed the process and ensure you get the correct hat.
If an item is unavailable we will ask that you accept a credit from the store.
